Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions regulates your access to and use of the Services, as well as Key2Pay’s platform, servers and website. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you may not access or use the Key2Pay Services, platform or portals.
These Terms and Conditions do not replace previous or future agreements or commitments entered into between the Parties. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any agreements entered into prior or subsequent to these Terms and Conditions, those set forth in the agreement shall prevail.
Key2Pay may deny access to the Services, servers, platform, website or any part thereof, at any time and for any breach of applicable laws, regulations, as well as policies, guidelines, agreements entered into with Key2Pay, these Terms and Conditions or for any activity Key2Pay deems suspicious or possibly constituting any crime.
Key2Pay may partially, totally, temporarily or permanently block the User’s account, services, servers, platforms, web pages or any electronic or digital resource of Key2Pay when the following events are configured or committed by the User:
- Failure to comply with the laws or regulations in force in Canada;
- Failure to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions;
- Failure to comply with Key2Pay’s internal policies and guidelines;
- Failure to comply with the agreements established with Key2Pay;
- If the user engages in unlawful conduct, in bad faith to the detriment of Key2Pay, its suppliers, customers and/or third parties;
- On suspicion of money laundering and terrorist financing;
- If the identity of the User, the final recipient or the origin of the funds cannot confirmed
- For false or erroneous information provided by the User.
Key2Pay reserves the exclusive right to modify the Terms and Conditions relating to the Services at any time when it deems appropriate, for which notification to the email, telephone or contact means designated by users to register on Key2Pay servers, platforms, web pages or any electronic or digital resource will suffice.
For the use of the services, as well as the portal, servers or platforms owned by Key2Pay in order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the transactions, as well as the information, it is established as an indispensable requirement prior identification and authentication of the user in the system through the request of access key and password.
Key2Pay does not assume any responsibility for the contents and commercial or other services that may be electronically linked directly or indirectly through this portal, nor for the exchange of electronic information between users of the Internet and does not assume any responsibility for technical problems that may occur in computer equipment used during the connection to the Internet, either through this portal, servers or other web pages.
Key2Pay manages directly or through third parties the services, platforms, servers or website. Under no circumstances will Key2Pay be liable for direct or indirect damages suffered by the User due to the use or inability to use the platforms, servers or website.
The services, platforms, servers or web page is available 24 (twenty-four) hours a day for access and consultation.
Key2Pay undertakes to use its best efforts to maintain in proper operation the services, platforms, servers or website owned by Key2Pay, but in no case guarantees permanent or uninterrupted availability or continuity of these.
The intellectual property rights of this portal, of the screens displaying these pages, and of the information and material appearing on these pages and their layout, belong respectively to the entities comprising Key2Pay, unless otherwise indicated.

Applicable legislation
To the extent not provided for in these Terms and Conditions, the User agrees to submit to the applicable laws of Alberta Canada.
For the interpretation and execution of these Terms and Conditions, the User/Consumer agrees to submit to the jurisdiction and competence of the competent courts of Alberta Canada, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to him/her by reason of his/her present or future domicile.
